Log in to the official beneficiary portal beneficiary.nha.gov.in using Aadhaar OTP.
On the dashboard, locate your family profile and select the "Add Family Member" option.
Enter the Aadhaar card details and required information for the new member.
Upload matching relationship certificates (e.g., Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate).
Authenticate using Aadhaar OTP sent to the registered mobile of the new member.
Submit the request. Once verified by health authorities, the card will be active for download.
