Age Verification
The age of the senior citizen must be 70 years or above according to their Aadhaar card details.
No Income Limitations
Pensioners, former government staff, rich, or poor seniors are fully eligible with no income bar.
Other Government Schemes
Seniors enrolled in CGHS or ECHS have the option to switch to PM-JAY or retain their old scheme.
Private Insurance Holders
Seniors having private health insurance policies are still eligible to get this card as extra cover.

Enter the senior citizen's 12-digit Aadhaar number and date of birth in the form above.

After security validation, you will be securely redirected to beneficiary.nha.gov.in.
Log in using the Aadhaar OTP sent to the senior citizen's registered mobile number.
